We present a clinical case of a 12-year-old male child referred to the Hospital del Niñ@ Manuel A. Villarroel for a 10-day evolution of lower intestinal obstruction associated with melanotic spots on the skin and mucous membranes. Villarroel due to a lower intestinal obstruction of 10 days of evolution associated with melanotic spots on skin and mucous membranes; After multiple cabinet and laboratory studies, there is evidence of solid mass that occupies mesogastrium, 88 mm, which displaces jejunum loops towards cranial, an exploratory laparotomy is performed, finding two segments of small intestine intussusception and in each of them, two tumor masses in the lumen forming the heads of invagination, the desinvagination of both segments is achieved resecting these masses. The histo-pathological report indicates polyps with hamartomatous nuclei, reaching the final diagnosis of Peutz Jeghers Syndrome.
